Y9-11 Apprenticeship Event - Thursday 25th JanuSam Hardcastleary

On Thursday 25th January we are holding our first Apprenticeship event aimed at students in Year 9 through to Year 11.   The purpose of the event is to showcase the varied range of Apprenticeship opportunities that are available to young people once they leave high school.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the students of Colne Valley High School to meet with, and talk to, training providers and employers in the familiar environment of their own school.

The event will run from 4.00pm until 7.30pm, in the Theatre.

Linda Beever from The Apprentice Hub will give a formal presentation at 5.00pm and 6.00pm in

Hall 2.

There are many training providers booked to attend offering Apprenticeships in a range of vocations from engineering, plumbing, electricals and welding through the management, Human Resources and leadership.  Representative from the Armed Forces will also be attending.

Come along and explore your options.
